In our fabrication department, structural steel pieces are laid out, fitted, assembled, and welded. All welding operations are performed by AWS Certified Welders. Experience is critical when it comes to ensuring fabrication and welding are accurate, and our fitters and welders have an average of ~20 years of experience. Various welding processes are used as needed to fulfill job requirements.
We are capable of sawing, punching, shearing, nibbling, drilling, bending, and grinding all types and grades of structural steel. Our machines undergo a rigorous maintenance program to ensure that they produce consistent results, which helps eliminate unnecessary rework and reduces downtime, ultimately keeping our customers' steel costs low.
