Prior to joining Engineered Steel, Rick worked at Danaher, a Fortune 200, global industrial manufacturer, in various operations, lean, marketing and business development roles across several different operating companies. Most recently, he worked for Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Danaher subsidiary, as the Director of Global Marketing for its gas dispenser business.
Rob has 35 years of steel experience. Rob started with Carolina Steel Corporation in 1980 as a structural engineer. Taking what he learned from the Carolina Steel training regime, he joined with Richard Flournoy to start Engineered Steel Products in 1989. Rob is primarily responsible for special projects and design/build projects for the company. Rob has been a critical part of Engineered Steel's growth over the past 25 years.
Richard has nearly 40 years of steel experience dating back to 1977. Richard started with Carolina Steel Corporation as a draftmen and estimator for nearly a decade. In 1989, he joined forces with Rob Braswell to start Engineered Steel. He is primarily responsible for sales and estimating and has been an integral part of Engineered Steel's growth over the past 25 years.

Charlie has nearly 40 years of steel experience dating back to 1977. Charlie started with Carolina Steel Corporation as a draftsmen for nearly a decade. After going out on his own and running his own drafting shop for nearly 20 years, Charlie joined Engineered Steel in 2008 and has led drafting efforts for the past several years.
